Slavie Federal Savings Bank offers a variety of mortgage, home equity and home improvement loans to suit virtually any borrowing need. Please note that, at this time, we are only originating loans for Maryland residents.
For those interested in the traditional features of mortgage lending, Slavie Federal offers 10-year through 40-year Fixed-Rate Mortgages. For customers who prefer lower mortgage payments during the first year, Adjustable-Rate Mortgages are also available. Slavie Federal also offers Community Development Administration and Jumbo Mortgage programs.

80/10/10 Financing Program
Our 80/10/10 loan combines the low rates of a standard mortgage loan with the flexibility of a variable home equity rate. You may choose from our full variety of first mortgage products (see above) for the 80% loan.
Downpayment is 10.1% of the selling price.
The first mortgage is 80% of the selling price.
For the other 9.9%, our variable home equity loan rate applies; or, you may select from our fixed term and rate options.
Mortgage insurance is not needed with this program.
